WITH OUR DOUGH

The secret starts with freshly raised dough topped with our sauce made with imported plum tomatoes. We also use fresh sliced pepperoni, locally cased sausage, made fresh daily meatballs, white mushrooms, pepper roasted on premises, sliced fresh tomatoes, crisp onions, black California olives, lightly sauteed broccoli, extra lean bacon, fresh grated Parmesan, imported mozzarella, whole shrimp & shopped clams, Your choice of toppings are generously placed a top your pizza & put into our hand-built wood-fired brick oven. Six turns & six minutes later your "Best kept secret in the valley" is READY TO EAT.
